The Third Floor Apartment

The Third Floor Apartment is located between the Second Floor owners level and the 4th Floor Viewdeck-Apartment. It is 6 by 6 meter big and has due to the mainhouseroof only one window with ocean- and sunriseview to the east. The Apartement has a kitchen with stovetop and refrigerator, one double bed, an extra single bed upon request and a total of 10 windows all around so the wind can blow right thru from all sides, no Aircondition needed. There is another separated 36 m² tiled atticspace that can be used to accomodate about 20 more persons on straw/coconut leaves mats (banig) for 1000 Peso more per person. The concrete rooftiles have gaps for ventilation of this attic space at night time. During the day it is too warm there. You may also use a sitting place in the garden in front of the house overlooking the ocean.
