It is located above the owners level just below the 4th Floor viewdeck. It is 6 by 6 meter big but has, due to the mainhouseroof only one window with ocean- and sunriseview to the east. The Apartement has a total of 10 windows on all sides, all windows where someone could look in have blurred glass. The wind can blow in from all sides. There is another 36 m² tiled atticspace that can be used. If you need lot´s of space: This apartment can be rented together with the Fourthfloor directly above it but is currently used by the owners.

Since there is no terrace at the 3rd floor Apartment, a corner of the garden with table and chairs directly behind the Apt. belongs to it.
