It is 6 meter wide and 5,50 meters deep to the folding doors, there is another 1,20 meters of tiled terrace under a roof overhang and another open 3 meters of lawn. The pool guest pool entrance is immediately to the left. If the bamboo fence disturbs your oceanview: it can be easily rolled up and stored to the left. The side windows are blurred glass so when the folding windows are closed no one can look into the Apartement. The glass folding door front can be covered by a curtain. If you can´t be without aircondition: this apartment also offers that. Since the whole compound is surrounded by a barb-wired and alarmwired at least 2,40 meter high wall you can experience living and sleeping in the open. Year round temperature is around 28 degree Celsius. The folding doors are only needed if it´s rainy or too windy.
